Normatec Leg & Hip Compression FAQ
Normatec is a pneumatic compression system, which means it inflates with air to tighten around your hips or legs (like a giant blood pressure cuff). Much like a pair of compression socks or leggings, the system is designed to relieve muscle aches and/or pain and to temporarily increase circulation.
We offer 30 or 60 minute sessions, but you can start seeing benefits from as little as 20 to 30 minutes.
