REFUND POLICY

While we make every effort to make our customers as happy as possible, all sales are final. We are a small business and unfortunately cannot offer refunds on any used or unused appointments/sessions for individual services, packages or memberships.

CANCELLATION POLICY

At Cryology we take the time to prepare for your scheduled appointment before your arrival. We are committed to providing you all with exceptional service. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen. Although we have no cancellation policy in place, we’d really appreciate it if you could contact us in advance so that we can better accommodate our other clients.

Did you know you can book, cancel and reschedule appointments online? Here’s how! Sign in to your account through our Online Booking link through our website. Up at the top you will see “Hi, [Your Name]!” From here you will be able to view all upcoming appointments and cancel.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY

All Auto-Renewing Memberships are required to be cancelled no less than 7 days prior to the next scheduled charge date. Failure to cancel within 7 days will result in an additional month’s membership charge.
